This list shares both the required and optional supplies you’ll need for the program. The minimum cost for the whole year will be around $75 for drawing supplies, $400 for oil supplies, and $300 for mixed media supplies.(subject to vary) You can also buy supplies as you need them throughout the program.
You will need drawing and oil supplies for the first 4 months of the program. Mixed media supplies will be needed after that and for the remainder of the year. These supplies will last you throughout the whole program and into the start of your career.

We recommend washing your brush before its first use to ensure it’s free from any residual manufacturing oils or dust. Here's how to properly care for your brush bristles:
- Wash Before First Use: Gently rinse the bristles with lukewarm water and mild Artist brush approved soap. Avoid using hot water, as this can damage the bristles over time.
- Condition the Bristles: After washing, apply a small amount of conditioner to help soften the bristles. This will also help in reshaping the bristles if needed, and maintaining their form for optimal performance.
- Drying: Allow the brush to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area, with the bristles facing down to prevent moisture buildup in the handle. Avoid using heat or direct sunlight to dry the brush, as it may cause damage.
- Ongoing Care: Regular care and occasional conditioning will keep your brush bristles in excellent condition, ensuring they maintain their shape and effectiveness for longer use.
Our paint formulas are vegan, with the exception of Ivory Black. We do not test our oil paints on animals; instead, we conduct our testing on canvas to ensure quality. Milan oil colors are crafted with refined linseed oil, and our white paints are made with refined safflower oil, which offers a reduced yellowing effect compared to linseed oil. All our products conform to ASTM D-4236 safety standards.
Please note, while our paints may have a mild scent due to the oils and binders used, it is not overpowering. If you are sensitive to scents, we recommend working in a well-ventilated area or using an air purifier to ensure a comfortable experience.

Orders
Customers can manage their delivers by creating an account with couriers. Once packages are shipped, we are unable to make changes. *couriers may differ from each country and order. Most popular couriers are shown.*
It is our policy to fulfill all orders in within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. Typical processing is 1-3 days*
Orders placed on weekends and a holiday will begin processing the next business day (Monday-Friday).
Note*: Not applicable to pre-orders. High volume time may increase processing past our typical timeframe.
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, we are unable to edit billing details. You may provide your order number and we can verify the order is successful.
We want you to stay informed along with your order. Please know that all notifications are sent via email when your order is processed. Sometimes, emails may go to spam. Please double check your inboxes.
If you are unable to find, please contact us with the order details such as the ship to/bill to name and address, phone number, email address (and alternatives), date of purchase, and items ordered. We then can attempt to find and make a change to your email address, if needed.
We want to ensure that you get your items. Please reach out to us with your order number and confirm the shipping address. Please keep in mind that if an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to update shipping information. If an address update is needed after shipment occurs, please reach out directly to the mail carrier for rerouting. Carrier might be able to reroute. Always verify your shipping before submitting order. Original shipping is not refundable.
Customers will need to contact the carrier directly. You may reach out to the mail carrier by phone, email, online, or even go in person to a local branch. Please know that the customer is required to ensure their shipping details are valid before making an order. While our systems have their own internal validation, external factors that are out our control might lead to issues. Changes to local postal codes or new developments might cause issues. Rural and private communities might encounter these issues more often than larger cities.
We recommend choosing an alternative shipping address if you know that your current address has had issues in the past. Solutions to this include: shipping to a family/friend or setting up an account with a local mailing center that accepts all carriers.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders cannot be adjusted after payment is placed.
Depending on availability of materials and order demand at any given moment, certain products will be considered out of stock. Please know kits may take time to be replenished as they are manually updated. If an item says on back order, please forgive any delay and continue to check back on the items page.
Please contact customer service with your order number, contact information and reason for cancellation.
We make every attempt to attend to a cancel request asap. If an order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to cancel.
Note: some items may not be eligible for cancellation. Inventory is unable to be held. These include discounted, final sale, customized items, and E-Gift cards. All items are considered final sale unless stated otherwise.
Orders that are flagged as high risk of fraud will be cancelled.Customers who would like to place a new order may reach out to us to confirm their legitimacy. Proof will need to be given in multiple formats such as but not limited to a copy of your drivers license (customer selfie photo holding ID), a utility bill or similar, banking or payment account details, and statement confirm you completed the order. These standards are in place to protect all our customers and our business. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion and thank you for the understanding.
Please report damages/missing/issues with items within 30 days of delivery with photos (package and items) and lost packages within 30 days from shipment. Damage from usage by the end user is not applicable to the replacement policy. Reports after this time are not accepted.
*For claims, our shipping insurance may require customer assistance and information. Such information includes, statements, police report, and or an affidavit. *
*Lost packages are defined as lost in transit and not delivered. If your package has status of delivery, but you have not received, please contact the mail carrier directly for assistance and file missing mail claim.*
When reaching out to us, please include your order number, photos, and brief description of the issue. After we receive all required information we will follow our claims process.
Payment
Customers can choose to pay via credit or debit card, ShopPay and other 3rd party methods. Payment must be in full when using a card. We do not accept multiple cards for purchases. See the cart/checkout page for the specific options.
All payment must be applied online during checkout. This also applies to manual invoices.
*Note: Fast pay options may bypass the option for discount application. It's recommended to apply discount / E-gift card codes on the checkout page before selecting payment.

Afterpay collects the first installment from the customer immediately, and the next installment either 2 weeks or 1 month after, depending on the payment schedule which varies by customer country. See complete terms HERE

Discounts/E-Gift Cards
E-gift cards are not auto applied to your order. Customers must enter before submitting payment on the checkout page* E-gift cards are valid 1yr from date of issue.

- Discount code was not entered or applied correctly.

E-gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. After this period, the card will expire, and unfortunately, it will no longer be eligible for use. Please check the issue date of your E-gift card to make sure it’s still within the valid timeframe.
Incorrect Code or Entry: Double-check that the E-gift card code was entered correctly, including any numbers, letters, or special characters. Even small errors can cause the code not to apply.
Insufficient Balance: Ensure that the E-gift card balance covers the total of your order or that it’s applied correctly in the checkout process. If the balance is lower than the total cost, you may need to use an alternative payment method to cover the difference.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a validated address recognized by USPS. Customers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and, APO-FPO's may have longer delivery times. Packages shipped to PO Boxes must be picked up within 7-10 days after delivery or may be returned. Please reach out to your local mail center for details.
Reasons for this include:
- You are attempting to purchase an item that is unable to be shipped Internationally.
- Certain countries do not accept direct shipping to your location. It's recommended to reach out to a package forwarder for assistance. Note: We are not affiliated with such service.
