I was incredibly surprised how soft the brush was. Also the large size was perfect for the mastery program. I couldn't find one this large anywhere else.

Gamblin Radiant Oils

The brushes are really nice to paint with. These are my first expensive brushes so I don't really know what can be expected. But unfortunately the top part of one of the brushes fell off after a few weeks. I can glue it back on but I don't think this should be happening with high quality brushes so soon. Also, the hairs of the small square and 2 round brushes are standing out and curling while I did handle them carefully and followed Elli's advises in how to clean them. So I'm not sure how this can be avoided but perhaps it is just a given fact for brushes to behave like this.

I was almost to end of my first tube I got when I started the MP. I was getting a little nervous about running out so I ordered more. I looked at other brands and opted to go with the one I know really works! It’s smooth, dries quickly, covers well and I highly recommend it

My first order had one missing item but the seller was super fast to correct this so I'm very pleased.
For future kits, I would ask the Milan team to consider offering a greater quantity and variety of ink colors instead of the larger bottles with only primary colors because: the yellow is not vibrant and mixing these doesn't often produce great colors, and for our lessons, having only primaries without nuanced colors limits our capacity to get a good feel for how much we like this new medium and what we can actually do with it.

I love the products and paints in the Milan Mixed Media kit. It covers all the bases for the 2nd half of the Milan Mastery Class in one great kit. The price is more advantageous buying it here as it would take me a lot of time to find all the correct products and end up costing more. This way I have all the quality products I need to complete this wonderful course. I'm so thankful I found the Milan Mastery Class and purchased the kits here!

I’m very proud of my graduation certificate. I have displayed it in my studio and it serves as a reminder of the commitment it took to complete the mastery program in the midst of life challenges. It also serves as a conversation starter as an ambassador of the program.

I love them, great quality brushes!

I love the oil set that I ordered, BUT there were so many delays getting started that I kind of lost steam in the start. I ordered my set the week before the class started but it didn't come till the week after. Then after watching the videos and doing the drawing assignments to keep busy in the waiting, I needed to watch them again to make sure what I was to supposed to be doing. When I finally started the painting assignments thinking they would dry over night, the first actually took a week. The second one, I went straight solvent and it also took a week to dry. Every time I started a new painting lesson, I discovered I needed something different than what I had. That included the paint. By the time I got into colors I was really frustrated that Elli used colors that didn't come with the set and I didn't know how to mix colors that would mimic them. Finally, I just stopped working, went shopping again for more paint and supplies, got Gamblin solvent in place of the turpenoid I had, which also takes a week to dry. I've been discouraged, but it sounds like that is not unusual at all. Okay, I've whined long enough. The set is wonderful, but I wish I had just spent the money and bought it all from the beginning. That is all. Love you all and all the lessons!!!!

The kit is super handy and I love the variety of tools/pencils included. The carrying case is also very handy. My only issue is that the pen/marker that was in it was dead/didn't work when I received it. The black and the white ones. Otherwise very happy with it.

I really wanted to give a good review. That being said the quality was not there. My larger filbert and small square brushes, with proper care, used; would need to be molded when in use because the hairs would separate when used with paint.

Great product, I will buy more!
